Description
The purpose of the Handbook is to survey the research related to statewide systems of support, to present the experiences and insights of educational leaders in how such support can best be conducted, and to derive actionable principles for improving schools.
An accompany Manual for states and regional comprehensive centers to self-assess a system is also available.
