Description
The goal of the Management and Leadership Institutes is to broaden and energize parent centers' leadership and management perspective, as well as give participants the opportunity to learn from their colleagues. These Institutes will be a combination of general sessions designed to address leadership issues shared by many parent center directors, and smaller breakout sessions that will be specific to different topics and challenges that varying centers may face. Sessions will be geared toward both new and experienced directors. Topics will include: fundraising, sustainability, staff development and retention, technology, project management, marketing, succession planning, financial and fiscal management, and more.
